Dalia Pulao Recipe is a healthy twist to Pulao which we normally make at home. Serve it along with Raita for a simple weekday lunch.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Project Fresh Special Premium Dalia
3 Cup Water
2 tbsp. Desi Ghee
1 Tsp. Jeera
1 Green Onion Chop with Green Leaves
2 Chopped Carrots
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 Chopped Tomato
2 Chopped Green Chilli
1Tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Coriander
1/2 Cup Fresh Peas
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
Chop Coriander for garnish
Steps:
- First add ghee in a hot cooker and then add Project Fresh Special Premium Dalia. Stir and Roast the Dalia for 3-4 minutes.
- Now when the Dalia is roasted, add jeera and ginger garlic Paste to it. Let the jeera splutter and ginger garlic paste cook. Once that is done now add all the chopped veggies.
- Add all the spices, mix and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add some water to it, give it a good mix.
- Cover the lid and Cook the Dalia Pulao for 2 whistles. Properly remove the steam and open the lid.
- The tasty, Dalia Pulao is ready to serve. Top the Pulao with some fresh coriander and serve it hot.
